Research »
This programme serves to encourage collaboration and to support growth in mathematical research in the ASEAN region. The visit may be initiated by the Department of Mathematics, NUS, or a faculty member of the Department, or a mathematician from one of the ASEAN countries.
The purpose of visit may include departmental collaboration and research interaction, and the period of visit may last up to 7 days. A visitor for research is expected to give a seminar talk during the visit.
Limited funding for the visit is available, on competitive basis. To apply,
- Discuss your visitation plan with a faculty member from our department. He would be your host during the visit;
- Complete and submit an application form, via the host, to the Department, preferably 3 months before the planned arrival.
